We are RMI. We are Christ-Centered. We are Wyoming. We are Integrity. We are kindness.
We are Safety. We are Family.
We are Service
Customer service is a pretty popular business buzz word. There are facebook pages that revolve around both good and bad customer service- although mostly the bad experiences show up there. Here at RMI we don't talk about it just in the traditional sense. And it most certainly doesn't start or end when you walk through the doors. We constantly seek out ways to give back financially and serve others in our community and beyond. Service is something that far surpasses the business end of RMI.
"Everyone goes the extra mile to not only serve our customers, but each other too," Ginny Jondal states. "We all wear different hats and we also try to fill in the gaps when more is needed." Ginny manages accounts receivable at RMI and interacts with customers daily. Customer service in her position looks much different than at the front counter of the warehouse.
"When you serve, you discover that often the most important things you have to offer are not things at all," Ginny stated, as she expands on what service means to her. "You start to uncover the full range of resources at your disposal – your time, presence, attention – and recognize that the ability to give stems from a state of mind and heart."
What each of us can do, on a personal level, is make such small offerings of service that ultimately create the field for deeper change. The revolution starts with you and me- Kindness Starts With Us.
